Design Shopping Services: We have an expert 'eye' for choosing the perfect items to accessorize or furnish your home. If you don’t have the time or the 'know how', we will do the shopping for you. You pay the cost of your purchases.
Realtor Services: Wabi Sabi is the secret weapon of savvy real estate agents. We will stage your listings to give it the 'edge' in today’s competitive real estate market. Remember, the cost of staging is typically less than the cost of your client’s first price reduction. Please ask about our Realtor Specials and Discounts.
New Construction Consultation Services: Building a new home can be stressful to say the least. Every design selection , from flooring to cabinets to countertops, should 'work' for you and your lifestyle. Wabi Sabi is 'in the know' when it comes to design elements and the importance of how it all 'comes together'. (2 hour minimum)
Commercial/Business Services: Whether a retail space, reception area, or professional office, we will enhance the spatial look and image your clients and customers deserve. (2 hour minimum)

Consultation & Proposal: Wabi Sabi will meet with you personally to discuss your goals and expectations. After touring and assessing your home, we will prepare a written consultation which will include our recommended staging criteria. Because we tailor our cost proposal to fit your needs, we offer full staging services or we will work within your budget.
First Impression: (approximately 4 hours of staging) Wabi Sabi will be in “power staging mode” concentrating on staging the “first impression” areas of your home. Buyers will be “wowed” when they walk through the door! Our innovative staging techniques will create a dramatic difference in your home. Additional fee may be required for rental of furnishings/accessories.
Lasting Impression: (approximately 8 hours of staging) Our inspiration and creativity is limitless! Wabi Sabi’s team of experts will transform your home to showcase it’s fullest potential. We are confident that buyers will have a great lasting impression of your home, putting it at the top of their list. Additional fee may be required for rental of furnishings/accessories.
The Do-It-Yourself:Wabi Sabi will prepare a customized and detailed written report for homeowners who wish to implement our staging plan without the “hands on” expertise of our team.
